Returns & Exchanges
Items purchased online may be exchanged or receive store credit within 5 days after the delivery date.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached. Items that show signs of wear or are returned without tags will be sent back to the customer, and no credit will be issued.

Store Credit: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, a store credit will be sent to your email address, which you can use toward your next online purchase.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds back to the original payment method. All approved returns are issued via store credit only. All promotional or sale items are final sale.
